The Role of the Staffing Nurse

You are responsible for assessing and following up on patients' care needs. You participate in rounds, medical planning, and the execution of care measures. You collaborate positively and supportively with nursing staff, focusing on providing high-quality care.

Who Are We Looking For?

To be employed by us, you need:

• Valid Swedish nursing license.
• Experience as a registered nurse (minimum 1 year).
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with database-based medical record systems.
• Category B driver's license (may be required for some assignments).
