About the Workplace

Welcome to BålstaDoktorn – the small health centre that has grown and thrived. We work in bright and pleasant premises located near Lake Mälaren in Bålsta. Together with a competent staff of approximately 50 people who are well-acquainted with both patients and the local environment, we care for the centre's approximately 13,000 registered patients.

At BålstaDoktorn, we offer the opportunity to follow patients throughout their lives. In addition to general medical care, we provide maternity health care, child health care, physiotherapy, dietitian services, and a team of therapists.

Job Responsibilities

To our lively and cheerful team of physiotherapists at BålstaDoktorn, we are now looking for another licensed physiotherapist. We are looking for someone with an interest in standard outpatient work at a health centre. We prefer applicants with a few years of professional experience as a physiotherapist.

We operate on an outpatient basis, where our physiotherapists primarily assess and treat individual patients. In addition to individual visits, we offer pool therapy groups, arthritis schools, and rehabilitation training at a gym outside the health centre.

Documentation is done in Cosmic.

The centre is open on weekdays between 08:00–17:00. Working hours may vary based on preferences and needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone interested in outpatient work with patients of various ages and with multifaceted health issues. The role requires the ability to make independent assessments and treatments, which can be conducted individually or in groups.

Further education and previous experience in primary care are meritorious. You must have fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
