The Role As a nurse with us, you play a crucial role throughout the patient's entire care journey. You are responsible for pre- and post-operative nursing care on our ward and work closely with experienced colleagues in a competent and supportive team.

About You Requirements:

  • Licensed nurse with 1-2 years of professional experience

Merits:

  • Experience in orthopedics
  • Experience in pre- and post-operative care

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and has the ability to prioritize and make well-founded decisions in a varying work pace. You work in a structured manner, have a professional and empathetic approach, and enjoy collaborating in a team.

We also believe that you are engaged, responsible, and want to contribute to both the development of the organization and a workplace where we support and learn from each other. Together, we create care where every patient feels seen, safe, and well-cared for.

Employment Conditions: Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month probation period. Scope: 80-90%, as agreed. Working hours: Monday-Friday and some evening shifts. Start date: September, as agreed. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement applies.
