We are looking for a communicative, service-oriented, and driven team player who is passionate about working with practical/physical and administrative tasks. Together as a group, we ensure that laboratory operations can meet their deliveries. As an employee within LabSupport, you will be part of a team called Staff, Climate & Support within Quality Control (QC) Maintenance & Support, located in Gärtuna or Snäckviken, Södertälje. You will collaborate closely within the team, with our laboratories, and with our suppliers.

This is a consulting assignment starting no later than August 3rd. The assignment runs until December 23, 2026.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Daily contact with customers and suppliers, primarily within the EU.
• Participate in improvement work, painting tasks, and the development of action plans.
• Problem-solving and lean work within your area of responsibility.
• Order management to suppliers and delivery monitoring in our business system.
• Receive and unpack deliveries, inventory the warehouse, and administer this in our electronic systems.
• Large-scale preparation of release media for the QC lab. A comprehensive project is underway here to streamline work and improve the working environment.
• Gas changes, tubes & gas packages.

As a person, you are communicative, service-oriented, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to collaborate. You work efficiently, structured, and take initiative when circumstances change. You are a positive team player with a genuine interest in continuous improvement.

• At least upper secondary education.
• Experience in order management, warehouse management, and supplier contacts.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working with the MS Office suite, and experience with SAP is desirable.
• Meritorious with several years of professional experience from manufacturing companies, warehouses, or storage.
• Meritorious if you have experience with SHE (safety, health, and environment), LEAN, GMP (good manufacturing practice), and an interest in chemistry, microbiology, or laboratory work.
