Absol Rail is a growing signaling company founded in 2019, currently in an expansion phase. We are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the signaling system on the Tvärbanan light rail line, while simultaneously driving several exciting projects within railway and track infrastructure.

We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to contribute to the further development of our operations. The role is broad and varied, with significant autonomy, where you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Absol Rail, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and follow-up of our projects and contracts. You will serve as a key link between the customer, operations, and management, with a focus on quality, structure, and delivery.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating projects from planning to completion
• Managing project administration and technical documentation
• Creating, reviewing, and following up on project and quality documents
• Overseeing the company's QHSE work (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) within assigned projects
• Ensuring operations comply with applicable regulations, processes, and customer requirements
• Serving as the contact person for customers and clients
• Participating in customer meetings, follow-ups, and project reviews
• Preparing tenders and participating in procurement processes
• Managing supplier contacts and purchases
• Monitoring project economics, schedules, and deliveries
• Contributing to the development of the company's processes, routines, and management systems

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in project management, project administration, or coordinating roles
• Strong administrative skills and experience working with documentation
• Experience in customer contact and business relations
• Good computer literacy and experience with Office 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the railway, signaling, construction, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience with QHSE work and management systems
• Familiarity with regulations from Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration) or SL (Stockholm Public Transport)
