Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, you will work with our clients to develop, implement, and improve quality strategies and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Examples of responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and improve quality strategies and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• Be responsible for the quality management system and ensure it meets relevant ISO standards and certifications
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, purchasing, and engineering, to ensure a smooth and quality-assured process flow
• Participate in management meetings and contribute quality insights and recommendations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• An academic degree or other equivalent post-secondary education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the aforementioned area. Substantial experience and knowledge of working with quality management systems in manufacturing industry with a focus on continuous improvements
• Good knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS16949
• Experience in leading and developing quality teams and implementing change initiatives
• High IT maturity, i.e., proficiency in Office 365, business systems, and other systems relevant to the role
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
