About the Role

BW Sveriges Fastighetskonsult AB is looking for a skilled, driven, and analytical Digital Marketer who wants to develop the company's digital presence and contribute to continued growth. In this role, you will work strategically and operationally with digital marketing, where Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a central part of the job.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on digital marketing initiatives that increase traffic to the company's digital channels and generate business opportunities, based on set goals.

Responsibilities

• Work with technical and content-based SEO to improve visibility in search engines, both on-page and off-page.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Perform keyword and competitor analyses.
• Produce and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media.
• Analyze web traffic and campaign results using relevant analytics tools.
• Work with SEM and advertising, such as via Google Ads.
• Contribute to the development of the company's digital strategy and marketing activities, such as the development of AI-driven search functions.

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CMS systems such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of marketing automation.
• Experience working with social media and paid advertising.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.

Employment Type

This is a fixed-term position at 30%. We look forward to long-term development together, and there is an opportunity to increase the working hours based on business needs and achieved results.

The position is remote and can be performed from any location in Sweden. The employee works from home or their own premises and is responsible for ensuring a suitable work environment and internet connection to perform tasks efficiently.
