Responsibilities:

Are you curious about a career in sales and want to start by working with upselling? Then this might be the job for you! Fortum works on adapting and selling electricity contracts to businesses and private individuals across Sweden. With a focus on customer benefit and sustainability, we help our customers get the best electricity contracts.

In the role of Upsales Agent, you will:

The position involves actively making outbound calls and working on upselling safety packages and ID protection.

  • This role requires good language skills in both Swedish and English.

Other:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • You are comfortable handling various systems.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in writing and speech. (Other languages are an asset).
  • Previous sales experience is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work 100 %.
