We are launching a curated, exclusive business network for female leaders at the executive committee level in market-facing roles (C-level, CMOs, Marketing Directors, CPO, CRO, CCO) in Stockholm.

The concept is fully packaged and the first exclusive profiles are already secured. We are now looking for an external, freelance sales consultant who can drive our outbound sales outreach and fill our exclusive groups.

You will own the entire sales process independently:

  • Prospecting: Identify and map potential members (female decision-makers and leaders in the Stockholm business community to start with).
  • Outreach & Meeting Booking: Make the first contact. You pitch with high status and finesse.
  • Closing: Manage the application process and close the membership.

You work entirely remotely, control your own schedule 100%, and can easily run this alongside other assignments or your current job.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales, preferably targeting executive levels, management teams, or within the tech/agency world.
  • Understands the business world and can converse naturally with decision-makers.
  • Works in a modern and efficient way – using AI tools and smart workflows in your daily sales work is a major plus.
  • Is fluent in Swedish.
  • Has their own company (F-tax) or invoices via services like Frilans Finans.

What we offer:

We offer one of the market's strongest variable compensation models with no fixed base salary:

  • 50% commission on the membership fee.
  • Since this is a high-ticket premium product, it quickly translates into significant monthly income for the right person.

The company operates in stealth mode until launch.
