We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist/Purchaser for a consulting assignment with a major organization within technical infrastructure. The role involves broad responsibilities in operational purchasing and call-offs, where you will work closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement processes and deliveries.

You will join a procurement team working across several technical areas and contribute where the needs are greatest. This assignment is ideal for you if you thrive in an operational role with many contact points and have experience in procurement, call-offs, and supplier dialogues within technical environments.

• Execute call-offs against existing framework agreements

• Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers

• Negotiate prices and delivery terms

• Manage order processing and follow-up of orders

• Collect and register order confirmations

• Handle and communicate deviations to relevant stakeholders

• Update prices, delivery times, and minimum order quantities in the system

• Conduct procurements and call-offs within areas such as civil engineering, electricity, and mechanics

• Participate in competitive bidding and procurement of technical consultants

• Efficient and business-oriented call-offs from existing contracts

• Ensured delivery follow-up and order administration

• Correctly updated procurement data in the company's systems

• Good supplier dialogue and contract follow-up

• Support to the business regarding technical procurement and tendering matters

• Experience in operational purchasing, procurement, or call-offs

• Experience working with supplier negotiations

• Experience in order management and follow-up

• Good knowledge of AB04, ABT06, and ABK09 (Swedish standard construction contracts)

• Experience with e-Procurement or similar tendering systems

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

• Experience from the energy sector

• Experience in purchasing within technical areas such as contracting, electricity, or mechanics

• Experience in procuring or calling off technical consultants

• Experience working in large organizations or project environments

• Structured and detail-oriented
