As a salesperson at our facility in South Stockholm, you will work with our entire assortment of approximately 20,000 items, with the opportunity to specialize in the product group that suits you best. You work as part of a team and rotate between various tasks. In addition to primarily helping our customers find the right products, you will work at the checkout, pick goods, conduct inventory, place orders, and perform other duties involved in daily store operations. You will also have individual responsibility for purchasing and sales activities within a specific product group, as well as direct contact with our suppliers.

Flinks' customers work in many different industries with diverse focuses and encounter unpredictable situations and problems daily, which is our job to help solve.

We consider it a strength to have staff with varied experiences and backgrounds. No background is "wrong" for a position at Flinks. However, it is important that you share our values regarding high customer service standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• You preferably have technical education or experience in construction or service operations, preferably within the ironware or building trade.
• Above all, you are passionate about helping customers, are proactive, and resourceful.
• You have an open and positive personality and are a good team player.
• You appreciate order and structure but can also prioritize effectively.
• You have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are considered an asset.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

Other Information:

The position is a permanent full-time employment with salary based on agreement. Working hours will be on weekdays according to a rotating schedule. You will be employed by Flinks Järn, which collaborates with Higher in this recruitment process.
