To our store in Fältöversten, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 80% and weekly working hours may vary.

In your role as a sales associate

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle warehouse tasks, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other and create results together through development. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Has reached the legal age (20 years old) to serve customers.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, including weekdays, Saturdays, early mornings, and evenings after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Has completed upper secondary or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service roles, and/or work with food and beverages.
