About the role

As an Order Coordinator, you will work with varied administrative tasks within orders, delivery, and logistics. You will focus heavily on the logistics process and act as the link between external logistics partners, warehouses, customers, and internal departments. The role combines operational responsibility in daily work with active participation in the development and improvement of processes and working methods.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Ensure the company's logistics flow to customers.
• Act as the main contact person for all logistics-related inquiries.
• Drive improvement activities and participate in various development projects.
• Handle and follow up on complaints and returns.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in similar tasks within orders, customer service, and logistics. You have a good understanding of logistics and delivery flows. You have experience with customs, freight, import, and export. Furthermore, you should be a proficient user of various business systems, and experience working with SAP is highly meritorious. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

More about the position

• Contract-to-hire: For the first 6 months, you are employed as a consultant via Andara, after which the employment transfers to our client if both parties wish.
• Start date: As agreed, after the summer.
• Hours: Full-time.
• Location: Stockholm with hybrid work options one day a week.
