We are now looking for a field sales representative for a company within recycling and environmental services in Stockholm. About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment initially lasting 1 month. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's company.

The company operates within recycling and environmental services. The business plays a vital role in the chain between the restaurant industry and sustainable recycling solutions, where customer convenience and a solution-oriented approach are central. The role is practical and outward-facing, with a strong focus on personal responsibility and direct customer contact.

Responsibilities

As a field sales representative, you will work out in the field in Stockholm with a focus on the restaurant industry. You will be responsible for reactivating previous customers and establishing new collaborations through personal visits. The work involves making the first contact, presenting the offer, and driving the business all the way to a signed contract. You will have a clear sales mandate from the start and receive an introduction that gives you the right prerequisites to quickly get into the work. An important part of the role is therefore being able to read situations, think quickly, and maintain focus even when it is difficult to reach the right person on site.

Examples of tasks:

• Visit restaurants in Stockholm and present the company's services
• Reactivate previous customers and sign new contracts
• Build relationships with restaurant owners and staff
• Plan and conduct customer visits within the assigned area

Education, experience, and personal qualities

You are confident in making contact with new people and work independently in your daily life. You take responsibility for your area and drive your work forward even when the path to business requires persistence.

Requirements

• Spoken Swedish and English
• Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
• Comfortable with proactive contact and customer meetings
• Thrives in a mobile role out in the field
