About the Role

As a Digitalization Consultant, you will play a central role in our customers' digital development, working closely with their operations to identify needs, develop solutions, and implement modern ways of working using Microsoft platforms. The role covers everything from business development and automation to security solutions and technical architecture – where you help develop both the customers' environments and the team's shared competencies.

Examples of tasks:

• Digitalization and efficiency improvements in Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Automation with PowerShell, Logic Apps, and Power Platform
• Setup and management of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• Implementation and operation of security solutions within the Microsoft Defender family
• Client management, documentation, onboarding flows, and system evaluation
• Application packaging, monitoring, and technical troubleshooting
• Solution architecture and project management in varied customer assignments

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in modern IT and digitalization. You thrive in a consultant role, are accustomed to building trust with customers, and are motivated by problem-solving and technical challenges. • Identity & Device Management: Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access
• Automation & Modernization: PowerShell, Power Platform (incl. Power Automate & AI Builder), Azure Logic Apps
• Security: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Office 365
• Collaboration & Platforms: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Windows 11, Microsoft Loop, Liongard, Robopack, Hudu, RMM tools
