Are you a Licensed Psychologist (Leg. Psykolog) and want to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle work life challenges, such as stress and conflicts. Falck in Gothenburg is growing and is now looking for more colleagues for our clinic on Hisingen.

As a Licensed Psychologist at Falck, you work consultatively and tailor-made for our customers as support for managers, contact persons, and employees. You deliver both digitally and physically to local and national customers across a variety of industries; private and public sector, large and small operations, which gives the role an interesting breadth. The main focus is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also some assignments at the group and organizational levels in the form of, for example, assessments, training, and group supervision. You work cross-functionally together with company doctors, occupational health nurses, behavioral scientists, physiotherapists, etc., who work in synergy with our customers and their employees towards good results.

You will work with, among other things:

• Supportive conversations and counseling with a focus on rehabilitation
• Supervision of individuals and groups
• Conflict management and manager support
• Psychosocial work environment issues
• Assessments
• Training

Qualifications:

• Licensed psychologist with interest and experience in working with interventions related to work-related ill health
• Experience with individual counseling, training, and groups
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and interest and preferably experience in delivering via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Merits:

• Experience with conflict assignments
• Experience from occupational health or private healthcare providers
• Further education in or experience with the area of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment.
• Experience working with CBT, ACT, or FACT

Other:

Permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period. Location on Hisingen in Gothenburg, 100% employment starting after the summer. Working hours on regular weekdays 8-17.

The position may involve travel, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to a car.
