We are an authorized repair and body shop for VW, ŠKODA, and SEAT, as well as a general automotive workshop. Currently, we have 11 employees.

To work as a Service Advisor, you need to have good knowledge of cars. It is an advantage if you are trained as a service technician or have an equivalent education.

As a Service Advisor with us, you are the face of the company and the central hub. You welcome our customers, guide them through the entire service process, and provide support and guidance.

A significant part of your job is to always make the customer feel welcome and ensure they leave with a positive experience.

Your main responsibility is to digitally create service and repair orders in our systems, schedule customers' vehicles in the workshop, receive and hand over vehicles, price jobs, and call customers with price quotes. Handling warranties is also included in the role.

The computer and its systems are your primary work tools, along with the telephone. We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with high customer contact, is accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously, and is solution-oriented.
