About the Job
Your duties at the health centre span a broad field of work and cover the area of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.
The work takes place through both emergency and planned operations. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration takes place with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home healthcare and other specialist care. Together with the health centre management, you are responsible for developing and driving the business forward. Training future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also included as part of your role at the health centre.
About You
You are a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care and/or have completed a 7.5 ECTS supervisor education, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener at both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in digitalization and business development.
A professional approach and good treatment towards customers, patients, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values; Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call current candidates for a telephone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
