The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry unit is a county clinic with outpatient clinics in four locations: Gällivare, Kalix, Luleå, and Piteå. The county clinic also includes the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Safety Team, the Neuropsychiatric Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) Team, and the 24-hour care service.
We are looking for
We are currently looking for you who are trained as a Medical Secretary or Healthcare Administrator and who have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have training in diagnostic coding as well as experience working within a healthcare organization.

You have a genuine patient focus and an interest in contributing to good care and service. As a person, you are communicative, calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. What you will work with
As a Medical Secretary, you will become a central part of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) team, where collaboration is a key part of the work. You will be offered stimulating and varied work with tasks such as:
Standard administrative tasks such as mail handling, administrative support, and allocation of system permissions may also be included.
Your introduction will be tailored to your previous knowledge and experience. We offer supervision and competence development based on the needs of the operations. As a county clinic, we collaborate actively with other Child and Adolescent Psychiatry clinics in Norrbotten, which provides good opportunities for exchanging experiences and development. What we offer you
Information about the position
We offer a permanent full-time position. Working hours are during the day, with a start date to be agreed upon. We expect you to work physically on-site in Gällivare. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Due to the nature of the operations and security requirements, you must be prepared to provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record).
