Do you want to combine digital marketing with international growth in a company that makes a real difference for people? AktivBo is now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to take a central role in the company's continued expansion in the European market. The role involves close collaboration with both the Swedish and German operations, which requires fluent proficiency in Swedish and German, both spoken and written. In this role, you will become part of AktivBo's marketing and sales team, working closely with the Business Manager and CEO to strengthen the digital presence, generate qualified leads, and create business opportunities across multiple markets.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for developing and executing marketing activities throughout the entire digital customer journey – from creating interest and driving traffic to converting leads into business opportunities. The role combines both strategic and operational work and covers areas such as digital advertising, content marketing, marketing automation, SEO, SEM, website development, webinars, PR, and events. You will become a key part of AktivBo's continued growth journey and will have significant opportunities to influence how marketing efforts develop moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and follow up on digital marketing campaigns.
• Be responsible for and develop work related to SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization.
• Create engaging content for the website, blog, social media, reports, and PR materials.
• Build and optimize landing pages, campaigns, and workflows in HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Work with lead generation and marketing automation to support the sales process.
• Coordinate webinars, events, and other marketing activities.
• Contribute to the development of AktivBo's digital marketing strategy in international markets.

Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in digital marketing within B2B.
• Has experience with lead generation as well as SEO and SEM.
• Has experience in content marketing and marketing automation.
• Has experience driving projects and coordinating activities among various stakeholders.
• Has relevant post-secondary education in fields such as marketing, communication, or economics.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and German, both spoken and written.
• Has good knowledge of English.
