Kälarne School Area has the entire eastern part of our municipality, Bräcke, as its catchment area. The school is located in the middle of the community and is an F-9 school that is growing and currently has just over 100 students. Job Responsibilities

The work involves cooperation with the school's and leisure center's educators and other staff. Together, we are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment where we give the children the support and stimulation they need for their learning and continued development. The position may include teaching in the integrated adapted comprehensive school.

We are now looking for a music teacher at 20%.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with the qualifications as a music teacher and who think it feels natural to work according to our keywords: The future does not come to us, WE create it. You should have the ability to inspire and lead students and see yourself as important for the students' success. You have high expectations of the students and can help and guide them so that they develop based on their prerequisites. You have good knowledge of the school's steering documents and work according to a well-founded value base and clearly show the students what goals they should work towards.

Creating good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues is important to you. You have a positive view of the work and develop the operations with new methods and approaches together with your work team.

You are well up to date and have an interest in research within the school because your and your colleagues' practice rests on a scientific basis and proven experience.

You are easy to cooperate with and have the ability to create positive relationships.

You enjoy developing teaching and are good at seeing and highlighting good examples.

A B-driver's license is desirable but not a requirement.
