We are looking for a customer service-oriented Customer Receptionist to join our depot in Mölndal, who wants to strengthen our team and contribute to a safe and secure daily life for our customers.

About the role

As a Customer Receptionist at our company, your main responsibility is to receive and assist our customers at the depot in Mölndal. You will enter work orders into our order system (MCS), generate material picking lists, and assist with printing signs. You will also handle invoicing, prepare shipping and return labels, and ensure that damaged or missing materials are followed up with the customer and billed after the work is completed.

You will also assist with rental operations, which involves planning material flows and distributing materials and vehicles at the depot in collaboration with other colleagues.

The position is a permanent employment with a location in Mölndal, subject to a probationary period.

About you

We are looking for someone who prioritizes customer satisfaction and shows genuine interest in customers and their inquiries. You foster collaboration and actively reach out to others. You demonstrate empathy towards the customer and use feedback to improve the quality of our services. Furthermore, you handle stress through goal-oriented work and adapt well to new circumstances.

To succeed in this role, you identify and address unresolved problems, have a good sense of order, and are flexible. A category B driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.
