Örslösa is located in a beautiful natural setting in the countryside, approximately 15 minutes outside of Lidköping.

About the job

The work is exciting and developmental. It is varied and involves many points of contact. Job Responsibilities

You contribute to good care and support for the users in their homes. You will work with individualized care. This can include, among other things, social and physical activities, both individually and in groups. In your work, you assist the user with health and medical interventions as well as rehabilitative interventions based on prescriptions from other professional categories.

Having a fixed care contact is part of the job, meaning you have special responsibility for one or more users. You help create good relationships with colleagues, users, and relatives. Ongoing documentation and responsibility for implementation plans are also included.

Who are you?

You take responsibility for your tasks, have the user's best interest in focus, and are keen on completing started work. You have the ability to take initiative and create trusting relationships based on care and empathy. You can work both independently and in collaboration with others.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good reading comprehension.
• Basic digital competence.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits:

• Experience from working in home care.
• Nurse assistant with protected professional title.

Other

• You will work scheduled hours such as day, evening, and weekend.
• Your primary workplace will be the Örslösa Home Care unit, but you are employed by the entire Social Welfare Sector of Lidköping Municipality, which means work at other units may occur.
• Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Extract from Criminal Record

Before being offered employment, you as a candidate are required to present an extract from the criminal record register for work in any of the following areas; school or preschool, work with children in other activities than school and childcare, work with children according to LSS, work at or in connection with HVB homes (residential homes for youth), work with the elderly or persons with disabilities. You order the extract via the Police website. The extract must be presented before employment can begin.
