Are you a registered nurse with an interest in elderly care, wholeheartedly dedicated to providing security and care to those who need support in their daily lives? Then you have come to the right place!
We at Attendo are now looking for a registered nurse for our facility, Nilstorpsgården, on Lidingö. Nilstorpsgården is a modern and pleasant nursing home located in beautiful surroundings on Lidingö. The home has 80 places distributed across 10 wards, 6 of which are specialized for people with dementia.
As a nurse, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, while also making assessments and decisions regarding actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to "Close Care" means that more specialized healthcare interventions take place directly at the facility, giving you a diverse range of stimulating and developmental tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations.
As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent, yet you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of a team working to strengthen the individual, collaborating closely with the operations manager, deputy operations manager, and group managers.
As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating healthcare tasks to care staff and are motivated by creating high-quality care for our residents together with your colleagues.
Attendo is a secure employer that offers good opportunities to take on more responsibility or move on to new roles. As an employee, you are offered training opportunities, collective agreements, wellness benefits, as well as several other perks and employee discounts via our benefits portal AttendoPlus, in collaboration with Benifex.
Before any employment, extracts from the criminal record register along with valid photo ID must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you must be able to prove your right to work in Sweden by showing citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit. We conduct random alcohol and drug tests for our employees.
The application deadline is July 31st, but selection and interviews are conducted continuously, so do not wait with your application.
Attendo is one of the largest care companies in the Nordics, founded in 1985. We operate within nursing homes and home care services. Our values of care, engagement, and competence guide us daily in our work to ensure everyone experiences well-being, participation, community, and joy in work.
