About the role

The role of Planner with Logistics Responsibility is central, and you are responsible for planning production based on customer needs while optimizing production capacity. You work with the entire transport chain—from planning to coordination and delivery of products to Modine's customers. In this role, you work closely with operations and serve as the hub between planning, production, and logistics. You will become part of an engaged and customer-focused team where you can influence and contribute your expertise. You report directly to the Delivery Manager.

This is a direct hire for a full-time position, and the start date can be adjusted to fit your current notice period. The recruitment process is handled by Poolia, and you will be employed directly by Modine Söderköping. Any questions regarding the role will be answered by the responsible recruitment consultant.

Main responsibilities

The role involves stimulating and varied tasks in a dynamic work environment.

• Order and capacity planning with a focus on high efficiency and a stable production flow
• Follow-up, optimization, and adjustment of plans based on changed conditions and needs
• Create capacity plans in collaboration with Sales and Production
• Planning and coordination of freight forwarding for Modine Söderköping's products
• Invoicing Modine Söderköping's customers according to plan

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent theoretical competence acquired elsewhere
• A few years of experience in production planning, logistics coordination, or delivery in manufacturing industry
• Good system proficiency and confidence in business systems and Excel
• Good knowledge of capacity planning, freight forwarding, and transport
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
