About the role
In the role of Program Manager, you will support managers and project leaders with decision-making materials, business cases, and result follow-up. You are also responsible for ensuring that savings are documented and tracked in relevant systems, as well as developing and improving processes within portfolio management. The role is both strategic and operational, giving you the opportunity to influence the development and results of the business.

Common tasks include:

• Setting cost reduction targets and following up on these together with the management team and stakeholders
• Identifying new savings opportunities in collaboration with various functions within the service
• Assisting in calculating savings/business cases for improvements and projects
• Developing and quality-assuring business cases for projects and improvement initiatives
• Supporting portfolio management and ensuring tracking in systems

Your profile
We are looking for you who are analytical, structured, and self-driven with a strong desire to create results. You have good communication skills and thrive in a role where you collaborate with different parts of the business and present insights and recommendations to management teams.

Requirements for the position:

• University degree in fields such as Industrial Economics or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Excel and experience in analyzing and compiling data
• Good understanding of economic concepts and experience in creating business cases
• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
