Are you a meticulous and quality-conscious measuring operator looking to work in an international company with significant societal impact? At Adecco, we are currently looking for a Measuring Operator/Inspector for Siemens Energy in Finspång, where you will play a key role in ensuring component quality through advanced measurement and control.

About the role

As a Measuring Operator/Inspector within Cold Inspection, you have a vital role in the operation, responsible for checking and quality-assuring purchased components according to drawings and technical specifications. You work with both advanced and manual measurement to ensure that parts meet established requirements before proceeding in the production process.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Control and quality assurance of purchased components according to drawings and specifications.
  • Interpretation and review of technical drawings and documentation.
  • Measurement and control of small, precision-critical parts using a Zeiss measuring machine.
  • Preparation, setup, and handling of measuring machines prior to measurements.
  • Cleaning and preparation of parts prior to the inspection process.
  • Performing manual measurements and verification in case of deviations.
  • Documentation of measurement results and handling of information in relevant systems.
  • Actively contributing to ensuring high quality and accuracy in the company's inspection processes.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment via Adecco, starting immediately until 2027-02-28.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and comfortable taking independent responsibility. You have a structured approach to work and a good ability to handle details where high precision is crucial.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

  • Workshop technical education or equivalent competence.
  • Good experience in interpreting drawings and working with small, precision-critical parts.
  • Good ability to document and work in computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for quality assurance.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with measuring machines, preferably Zeiss.

As a person, you are responsible, goal-oriented, and flexible. You have a positive attitude, work in a structured manner, and contribute to good collaboration with colleagues even during periods of high tempo.
