Your responsibilities

As Project Engineering Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the technical project execution within electrical and control systems for industrial gas turbines. You operate in an international and customer-oriented project environment where you are the main technical contact for customers, project management, and internal specialist functions.

In this role, you lead the electrical engineering team within the delivery project organization and ensure that technical solutions are delivered according to the project's goals, schedules, and quality requirements. You drive the work strategically towards set milestones, coordinate technical interfaces, and contribute to close collaboration between different disciplines and departments.

You will become part of Electrical Project Engineering, an experienced team of approximately 18 specialists who lead technical delivery projects for industrial gas turbines. Together, you work closely with customers, the project organization, and internal experts to deliver successful projects in a complex and technically advanced environment.

The operations are part of Gas Services, where the focus is on developing and delivering solutions for efficient, reliable, and more sustainable energy production through the service, modernization, and digitalization of gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.

Your profile

• You are an engineer with experience in power systems, electrical engineering, and/or control systems.
• You are strategic, have a genuine interest in leadership, employee development, and possess strong communication skills.
• You are interested in continuous change and development.
• You have the ability to build networks and communicate in all directions, especially in close collaboration with our mechanical counterparts.
• Experience and knowledge of MGT gas turbines are meritorious.
• You have an interest in communicating with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
• You communicate fluently in English. Swedish is meritorious but not a requirement.

The position offers varied work with significant responsibility, many contact points, and good opportunities to influence the success of projects from start to delivery. Travel occurs to a limited extent, approximately 20 days per year.
