Your Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for R&D projects from initiation to delivery and follow-up.
• Establish projects according to best practices and agile working methods.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and break them down into concrete deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams, foster teamwork, and drive innovation in a multicultural environment.
• Responsible for planning, follow-up, quality, and cost control, as well as coordinating with STECO and resource managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead project meetings and support the team in solving technical challenges creatively.
• Collaborate with partners worldwide and navigate between different cultures, working methods, and languages.
• Project groups typically consist of 3–10 people.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in project management.
• Documented experience leading projects in an R&D environment.
• Experience with gas turbines is advantageous, especially knowledge from commissioning or design work.
• Experience with projects involving control systems, core components, or package solutions is highly valuable. Experience with mechanical auxiliary systems or power generation is also advantageous.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus.
• An open and professional approach to international collaboration in a global environment.
• Strong communication skills, structured working style, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
