The Role of Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you will work with a broad range of varied tasks within property management. You will support the team in daily operations and gradually take on greater individual responsibility. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects, handle lease agreements and rental issues, and serve as a contact person for both internal and external parties. The role provides excellent insight into the real estate industry and the opportunity to develop alongside us.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Playing a key role in daily management work and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Participating in projects and coordinating property-related initiatives.
  • Coordinating and aligning suppliers and internal functions.
  • Handling rental and contract matters.
  • Serving as a contact person for tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ongoing documentation and administrative work.

Requirements

  • Higher education or vocational training in property management, economics, or a similar field.
  • A few years of relevant work experience as a Property Manager, Property Manager (Leases), or in a related role.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of real estate law and property contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with property-related systems and administration.

About the Client

The client is based in Finspång and is a global player in energy technology, focusing on the development and manufacturing of gas turbines for power generation and industrial applications. The facility has a long industrial history and employs approximately 2,800 people. In addition to traditional turbine manufacturing, they are investing in sustainable energy solutions, such as hydrogen-powered turbines and additive manufacturing.

Real Estate is responsible for all properties used by the client. You will become part of an engaged team working together to create the best conditions for the business and its tenants.
