Work with care – Become a personal assistant outside Rydsgård

Do you have a good sense of humor and enjoy working both in a team and independently? We are now looking for a personal assistant for one of our clients outside Rydsgård. The client has a great interest in music and sports. Music is often played in the home, and the client appreciates it when the assistants sing. You will be part of a large, friendly work group where everyone values good atmosphere and cooperation. Personal chemistry and well-being are very important to us.

Our client has acquired brain damage after a stroke and uses a wheelchair. Mobility is achieved via wheelchair and lifting equipment. Medication is managed by all members of the team. With double staffing, there is room for outings, activities, and training to maintain and strengthen mental and physical functions. It is a requirement that you can work with a low-affective approach, and we provide you with tools and support to work adapted to the client's individual needs. Previous experience with epilepsy is desirable. You will receive on-site introduction in the home so that you feel secure in your role as an assistant before you start your shifts.

A valid driver's license is required. The client has their own car, which you, as the assistant, will drive during working hours. The workplace is not connected to public transport, so access to a personal car is required.

Shopping and household tasks are included in the job.

There is a cat in the home.

Working hours

• Working hours are scheduled throughout all hours of the day, with morning, evening, and night shifts.

Your profile

To feel secure in the role, we see that you preferably:

• Can work with a low-affective approach.
• Have previous experience within healthcare.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Other

• Experience with lifting and mobility is desirable.
• Experience with epilepsy is desirable.
