We are looking for a summer substitute for personal assistance in Limhamn

We are currently looking for a summer substitute to cover for vacation from July 27 to August 31, covering 40 hours per week. It is very important that you are available for the entire period.

After the summer substitute period, there is an opportunity for hourly employment where you can step in when needed (sickness, vacation, or leave).

About the client:

The client is a positive and cheerful man, 50+, living in his apartment in Limhamn. He enjoys cooking, watching movies, going for long walks, and listening to music. Since music and film are major interests, he enjoys going to concerts or the cinema.

He needs help with all aspects of daily life, such as personal care, dressing, cooking, mobility assistance, laundry, and tidying up. Assistive devices are available in the home. The client has no difficulties communicating verbally.

About you:

We are looking for someone with very good Swedish language skills who is sensitive and attuned to the client's needs and wishes. You should be organized, calm, and patient, but also proactive and able to take initiative. You are a person who sees opportunities instead of obstacles. Punctuality is important, but the most important factor for the client is personal chemistry.

Working hours and schedule:

We work with a rolling 4-week schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. The position is for 40 hours per week. Working hours may vary and could look like this:

• 09:00–16:30
• 09:00–19:00
• 16:00–22:00
• 09:00–23:00
• 10:00–19:00
