We are looking for a substitute teacher who can join the children's groups as needed, as well as handle cleaning and cooking. Solglimten is a private preschool run by an economic association. We are located in Snogeröd by Lake Ringsjön, just outside Höör. Our focus and profile are: OUTDOOR PEDAGOGICS, FOOD CULTURE & LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT.

We have four departments: Violen and Vallmo for our 1–3 year olds, Blåsippan for our 3–4 year olds, and Solrosen for our future 5–6 year olds.

The position is a temporary substitute role where you will be called in as needed. Start date as soon as possible.

We have a large, lovely outdoor yard with access to various play equipment where children can train their motor skills and imagination by cycling, digging, climbing, playing ball games, playing games, and swinging.

It is close to all the experiences the forest has to offer.

The food is cooked from scratch, and pedagogical meals are offered.

QUALIFICATIONS

Childcare education or equivalent training.

* You must be well-versed in the steering documents and have the ability to translate them into practice.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, proactive, and has a good ability to build good relationships in their role. You are also expected to have a genuine interest and focus on children's abilities, curiosity, and interests from both a learning and care perspective. Ensuring that children are offered a good and challenging pedagogical activity where care, upbringing, and learning form a whole.

You see reflection and pedagogical documentation as natural work tools to ensure the quality of the activity's goals. You focus on the learning of the children, yourself, and your colleagues. Furthermore, we see that you are solution-oriented, driving, have good collaboration skills, a positive approach, are a present educator, and see differences as an asset. We are looking for someone who likes challenges and dares to think outside the "box" sometimes. You should have a good understanding of how children acquire knowledge and how you, as an educator, challenge children to take new steps in their learning.
