In the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry department in Hässleholm, traditional outpatient care forms the basis of the clinical operations. The department also includes a specialized infant mental health service. Additionally, intermediate care interventions are available, located in Kristianstad. Our clinic operates in cross-professional teams with broad competence. We have a creative and positive team climate within a team of 20 employees from various professional categories, including psychologists, doctors, social workers, care assistants, nurses, and medical secretaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We now have the opportunity to welcome a new social worker colleague!

As a social worker with us, you will primarily work with family work, treatment, counseling, support, assessment, and investigation. You will be part of the daily teamwork where your social work skills will be well utilized. Your duties also include networking, team conferences, and consultations. You will participate in the development of operations, educational initiatives, and method development.

We are a small clinic that collaborates closely with schools and municipalities to work together for the best interests of our patients. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker. Additionally, we would appreciate if you have psychotherapy training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or family therapy equivalent to level 1. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as experience working with children/adolescents, families, and networks, are also requirements for the position. Experience working in child psychiatry, adult psychiatry, social services, and/or schools is considered an advantage. Furthermore, we would appreciate experience working with Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and Trauma Treatment; for example, Trauma-Focused CBT or EMDR.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are structured in your work and quality-conscious with good problem-solving skills. You also have a good ability to focus on what is essential and to communicate this both verbally and in writing. Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards both colleagues and patients are also seen as natural qualities in you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
