We need more employees to be able to carry out our important mission!
We are looking for you who have a strong interest and commitment to issues related to the use of medicines. Your work will revolve around questions concerning the availability of medicines. This primarily means that you will ensure that reports of sales interruptions are reviewed, investigated, and published externally. The work includes producing situation reports on remaining stock and, if necessary, providing additional information to external target groups. You will also contribute with administrative support to the unit regarding, among other things, sanction cases, disclosure cases, and our main diary. It may become relevant to participate in and/or lead various types of collaboration meetings with actors within the medicine supply. The work is independent but is often carried out in close cooperation with other functions and investigators within the unit. Supporting other projects and investigations at the agency-wide level, as well as participating in collaborations with other authorities and actors, may also be relevant in this position.
We are looking for you who have a degree from a university or college in pharmacy or another relevant natural science education. You have a few years of experience working with medicine information and usage. You are accustomed to gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information from various sources and communicating it further based on the different needs of target groups. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have the ability to write text in a balanced and objective manner in collaboration with others. You are computer literate, and it is an advantage if you have worked with document management and administrative planning. Experience from collaborating with actors both within and outside your own organization is also an advantage.
You are structured, meticulous, service-oriented, and have good communication skills. Since the position involves many internal and external contacts, it is important that you enjoy working in a team and can build good relationships. You take initiative and have a good ability to execute and drive activities to completion. By being receptive, open, and unpretentious, you contribute to a trusting and productive work climate. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
