About the job

In this coordinating and flexible role as a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance work to ensure high productivity, quality, as well as safe and cost-effective execution. You will prepare work orders, ensure that materials and resources are available, and that improvements in work processes are clearly implemented. The work is monitored through KPIs related to planning degree, quality of work plans, and the balance between planned and unplanned maintenance.

You will become part of a team with highly senior competence, where you will receive both support and inspiration from experienced colleagues. In your future role as Maintenance Planner, you will

• Provide detailed work plans that ensure safe and efficient execution of all maintenance jobs.
• Create Task Lists to reuse prepared preparations. Develop or copy the work order's Task List and clearly document required competence, duration, materials, special tools, and necessary equipment.
• Manage the work order backlog by: Reviewing the backlog and planning list, and grouping notifications that can be planned and worked as a single work order.
• Create purchase requisitions for necessary components.
• Continuously update job plans to ensure that necessary changes or improvements are incorporated and efficiency gains are captured.
• Identify the source of necessary materials or services if needed.

We believe you have

• Extensive experience in maintenance work from an industrial setting.
• Technical education at the upper secondary level or higher, combined with relevant experience.
• Good technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical, and industrial processes.

It is a plus if you have

• Experience in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Experience working in maintenance systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, IFS) and tracking KPIs.
