This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting approximately 5 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the client company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you have primary responsibility for the practical management of the café and catering in a large office environment with many workstations. Your workday begins by opening the café and receiving morning deliveries. You then prepare, pack, and deliver orders for meetings and conferences, as well as follow up on and manage the collection of items after completed orders.

You work in close collaboration with the catering manager, who has primary responsibility for administration, but you are also expected to be able to support with administrative tasks when needed. The role involves a varied daily routine where you need to be able to prioritize, keep track of orders, and handle changes that occur with short notice. You are also responsible for maintaining order in the kitchen and café and ensuring that hygiene requirements and self-controls are followed.

Examples of tasks:

• Open the café and receive deliveries
• Prepare, pack, and deliver catering for meetings and conferences
• Handle dishwashing, collection of trolleys, and ongoing tidiness in the kitchen and café
• Ensure self-controls and follow hygiene routines
• Plan, coordinate, and adjust orders based on daily needs

Education, experience, and personal qualities:

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Experience from service industry, e.g., restaurant, café, or hotel
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with catering
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling simpler administrative tasks related to service
