You will play a key role in shaping IT architecture in a complex banking environment where stability, scalability, and long-term direction matter. In this role, you will help define the architectural vision for one or more areas and make sure it supports both business goals and IT strategy.

You will work across business and technology, balancing current needs with the target architecture. The role calls for strong judgment, the ability to explain complex ideas clearly, and confidence in guiding stakeholders through architectural trade-offs. • You will drive the architectural vision and roadmap for your area in line with business and IT strategy.
• You will guide and govern architectural principles, standards, and best practices to support common change initiatives.
• You will analyze stakeholder needs, assess the current application and infrastructure landscape, and identify gaps that shape future architecture.
• You will support the design of enterprise solutions on Azure, including AKS, PostgreSQL, and Kafka-based integrations.
• You will advise stakeholders on architectural decisions and help resolve issues that affect the target architecture.
• You will build alignment across architects and stakeholders by communicating complex concepts in a clear and practical way.
• You will contribute to strategic discussions that improve agility, reduce complexity and risk, and strengthen business capabilities.
• You will mentor others and help strengthen architectural knowledge across the organization.

• Microsoft Azure certification at the level of Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar experience.
• Experience in design and setup of enterprise applications on Azure AKS.
• Experience in design and setup of enterprise databases on Azure Postgres.
• Experience in design and setup of integrations using Kafka for applications in Azure.
• Strong business knowledge.
• Strong software engineering knowledge.
• Excellent skills in IT solution architecture.
• Professional experience in enterprise architecture.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn strategy into practical architecture.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
