We are currently looking for a Senior UX Designer for an assignment where you will be involved in developing and further developing digital services and e-services with high demands on usability, accessibility, and quality.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that solutions are designed based on user needs, business goals, and current requirements within digital administration. You work through the entire design process – from analysis and understanding of needs to concept development, prototyping, validation, and implementation.

You will become an important part of a cross-functional team where you collaborate closely with business units, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly and efficient digital services.

• Drive and take responsibility for the UX work throughout the entire design process

• Conduct needs analysis and user-centered research

• Create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions

• Plan and facilitate workshops and needs gathering with various stakeholders

• Ensure that solutions meet requirements regarding accessibility and usability

• Collaborate closely with development teams, business units, and other key persons

• Contribute to the long-term development of digital services and user experiences

• User-centered design solutions for complex digital services

• Prototypes and concepts validated against user needs

• Documented user flows and UX materials

• Conducted workshops and needs analyses

• Design that meets requirements according to WCAG 2.1 AA or later

• Solutions adapted for accessible and sustainable digital administration

• At least 5 years of documented experience in UX design or interaction design

• At least 3 years of experience in developing complex digital services, e-services, self-service solutions, or business-critical web applications

• Experience from at least two major assignments where you had a leading UX role with responsibility for the entire UX process from needs to finished solution

• Experience working in cross-functional agile development teams

• Experience from organizations with many stakeholders, complex user flows, and high demands on quality, security, and administration

• Documented experience of design according to WCAG 2.1 AA or later

• Knowledge of the DOS Act (Act on Digital Accessibility) and its requirements for digital accessibility

• Experience in translating accessibility requirements into practical design

• Very good skills in Figma

• Documented experience in workshop facilitation and needs gathering

• Relevant post-secondary education in UX design, interaction design, or equivalent

• Competence level 4 according to the current framework agreement

• Experience from public sector operations

• Experience in service design

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Communicative and collaborative

• Independent and responsible

• Structured with good prioritization skills

• Used to creating consensus among different stakeholders

• Confident in complex environments with many dependencies

To meet the assignment's requirements, you must be able to report a comparable reference assignment carried out during the last 36 months.

The reference assignment must be relevant to the assignment's content and be verifiable according to the client's instructions. Information about reference assignments will be requested during the recruitment process.
