Job Description

We are now looking for dedicated Project Managers within Product Development (R&D). Within our Project Management section in the Product Development unit, you will work on developing high-tech and intelligent products for the sustainable world of the future. The assignments span several different industries, such as consumer products, telecommunications, automotive, medical technology, and industrial technology.

As a Product Development Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering the project according to plan. You are responsible for organizing and leading planning sessions, budget tracking, and everything required to drive and deliver the project and product according to or beyond expectations.

You also coach and support your project team members and strive for a learning atmosphere within the team. You thrive in and are accustomed to leading teams in a development environment.

In this role, you interact with many different people within the business; therefore, it is crucial that you are a skilled communicator who can explain complex matters in a simple way. Furthermore, you are experienced in requirements and needs management and have the ability to compile these into concrete and realistic goals.

You have experience from a similar role and wish to develop further in this role, or you have worked with product development within Software, Electronics, or Mechanics for a number of years and now wish to take the step up to Project Manager. Alternatively, you are already a Project Manager. Since we work with many international customers, you must also communicate fluently both orally and in writing in Swedish and English.

We also look for you to have/be:

• Resident in Sweden
• Experienced in organizing/leading meetings and other activities as well as supporting your team.
• Communicating with other parts of the business regarding the team's success and progress.

It is meritorious if you have/are:

• Certified Project Manager (PMI, IPMA, or Prince2, for example).
• Experience with agile work methods.
• Relevant education in the field.

Additional Information

The assignment is highly likely to be security classified, which means you may be subject to a security clearance.
