Your role at Iver At Iver, you will work in a customer team focused on small to medium-sized businesses (SMB). This means you will have a closer dialogue with the customer and work more dedicatedly on tailored solutions. You will be part of a local team based in Stockholm.

You need to have a broad technical background covering various aspects of IT operations. You will work on system improvements, operation, and maintenance of operating systems and product applications in our customers' IT environments. This also includes new installations, upgrades, operation, and other types of improvement work. You will resolve cases escalated by our service desk, and in turn, provide them with the competence, routines, and documentation needed to resolve more cases independently. You may also attend customer meetings to plan maintenance work.

What it takes to succeed in this role We believe you have several years of work experience in the IT industry, focused on IT operations. You feel confident in your technical skills but are also driven to develop and expand your knowledge, keeping up with new technologies. You are a person with natural problem-solving abilities, confident in making your own decisions, engaging and committed to your work and colleagues, and you enjoy both teamwork and independent work.

We believe you have experience with most of the following:

• Resolving complex user issues with in-depth troubleshooting
• Experience with installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows server environments
• Windows Server with associated services, virtualization, storage, and backup
• Microsoft 365, Office/Exchange, Intune/Autopilot, and Azure
• RDS and Citrix
• Cloud solutions and migration, communication, and combinations of cloud solutions
• Security (patching & MFA)
• Networking knowledge (firewalls)
• Communication, monitoring, antivirus, and security solutions
