Job Description

Are you a service-oriented and technically interested person who thrives in a dynamic work environment?

We are currently looking for two dedicated support staff members for a fixed-term consulting assignment with a government agency. Do you have experience in user support and a passion for solving technical problems? This could be the assignment for you!

Location: Central Stockholm

Working Hours: Variable office hours between 07:00–18:00.

Duration: Start ASAP until 2026-12-31

Responsibilities

As a support staff member, you will be an integral part of the support team, providing technical support to users within the agency. You will handle cases related to computers, mobile phones, tablets, as well as digital meeting solutions and software such as MS Word and SharePoint. The role involves frequent interaction with users and requires a solution-oriented and service-minded attitude. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under time pressure.

The position is security-classified, and the final candidate will undergo a security clearance check.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Upper secondary education
  • Experience in customer contact from a support function or customer service
  • A strong interest and good knowledge of the functionality of computers, mobile phones, and tablets
  • Good knowledge of digital meetings, MS Word, and its development features

Merits:

  • Education/certification in the service area of support and/or customer service, e.g., Support Center Analyst.
  • ITIL or another process model for service management.
  • Very good current competence in MS Word, preferably templates, SharePoint, and mobile platforms.
  • Basic network knowledge and familiarity with Active Directory.
  • Courses and/or certification in Microsoft products.
  • Experience with IT support for case management.
  • Good experience in troubleshooting and user support for computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
  • Experience handling multiple touchpoints and parallel processes in a high-tempo environment.
