We are looking for a Project Manager for a government agency assignment.

Assignment Description

The agency is seeking an experienced project manager to take responsibility for the planning, control, and execution of deliveries related to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves overall responsibility for ensuring that the project's goals are met regarding functionality, quality, time, and budget, as well as ensuring that the delivery is carried out in a structured and efficient manner.

You will act as the main responsible party for the delivery and coordinate activities across several areas, such as business operations, functional design, development, integration, testing, migration, training, and change management. The assignment requires close collaboration with business representatives, technical specialists, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and successful implementation of Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and monitor the project's activities and deliveries.
• Ensure the project is conducted according to the agreed schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate resources and activities between different workflows and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and changes during the project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report status to the steering group and other relevant parties.
• Ensure the solution meets business requirements and supports the organization's goals.

The assignment places high demands on leadership, communication, coordination skills, and experience with complex IT and business projects.

Required Qualifications

• Good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish.
• At least 10 years of documented experience in project management.
• Documented experience in project management within large organizations.
• At least 5 years of documented experience in the implementation, rollout, or administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience coordinating multiple parallel workflows, such as development, testing, migration, and business rollout.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in security-classified operations.
• Experience working within the public sector.
