Are you a skilled IT technician who is driven, good at troubleshooting programs and systems, and has strong communication skills? Are you curious and eager to continuously develop within your field? We are currently looking for an IT professional with second-line support experience who wants to take on an exciting assignment at a foundation in central Stockholm. The work is primarily performed on-site at our client's premises.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest, driven by working with new technology and keeping up with industry developments. You thrive in a broad role where you independently manage the IT environment and provide professional IT support to users. In your role as a consultant, we place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate constructively with others and meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone with experience working in Microsoft Exchange 365 and with solid knowledge of infrastructure and Windows clients. You have good experience working as a second-line support technician in the IT field. We prefer that these experiences have been gained in recent years.

For this role, you are required to have worked for at least 2–3 years in the following areas:

• Second-line support
• Systematic troubleshooting
• Working in ticketing/case management systems
• End-user support
• Microsoft environments
• AD (Active Directory)

You have at least a high school diploma, and preferably further technical education. The position also requires that you speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
