You will step into an important initiative within Workforce Management where a large service organization wants to establish a new standardized setup for Reporting & Analytics. The goal is to create operational decision support that helps first-line managers quickly understand when actions are needed and what should be done based on common KPIs.

The role is central to a project that connects data from Finance, HR, and WFM in Power BI and Snowflake. The reporting package is built up in three levels: overview, action, and analysis. You operate in an environment with several parallel initiatives and many dependencies between operations, IT, and external resources, which places high demands on structure, coordination, and clear communication.

You have close dialogue with the steering group, program management, other project managers in the program, the EA function, and the Power BI administration. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to lead data-driven change work with a clear impact on working methods, decisions, and actual usage in the business.

• You lead the establishment of a standardized reporting package in Power BI and Snowflake.
• You drive gap analysis per KPI with a focus on definition, data access, logic, and visualization.
• You are responsible for requirement breakdown and anchoring with the business.
• You coordinate the work with establishing the information model and defining KPI definitions.
• You drive the development and migration of dashboards, with an iterative delivery model and an initial MVP.
• You plan and conduct structured validation together with the business through workshops, user tests, and a pilot group.
• You ensure that training materials are created, that training is conducted, and that documentation is handed over to administration.
• You lead the decommissioning of redundant dashboards and reports.
• You drive relevant change management within the project's scope to support implementation and actual usage of the solution.

• You have experience leading projects in complex environments with several parallel initiatives and dependencies on operations, IT, and external resources.
• You have a good understanding of Reporting & Analytics and how KPIs are used as operational decision support.
• You have experience working with Power BI.
• You have experience working in environments where data, logic, visualization, and information models need to be coordinated.
• You are accustomed to driving requirement work, validation with the business, and anchoring with multiple stakeholders.
• You have experience with change management related to the introduction of new working methods and solutions.
• You can collaborate closely with the steering group, program management, architecture function, and administration.
