We are looking for a Senior UX Designer for an exciting assignment within the public sector.

Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support the development and further development of the agency's digital services and e-services. You will ensure that the services are designed based on user needs, business objectives, as well as requirements for accessibility, security, and efficient digital administration.

You will work through the entire design process, from analysis and problem understanding to concept, prototype, validation, and implementation, in close collaboration with the business, development teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

The assignment requires the ability to independently drive UX work in complex environments with many target groups, regulations, and dependencies.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 5 years of documented experience in UX design or interaction design.
• At least 3 years of documented experience working on the development of complex digital services, e-services, self-service solutions, or business-critical web applications.
• Experience from at least two major assignments where you held a leading UX role and were responsible for planning and driving the UX work from need to finished solution.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile development teams together with roles such as developers, testers, architects, and business experts.
• Experience working in organizations with: many stakeholders, complex user flows, high demands on quality, security, and administration.
• Documented experience of designing according to WCAG 2.1 AA or later.
• Knowledge of requirements related to the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Service (DOS Act).
• Experience in translating accessibility requirements into practical design.
• Very good proficiency in Figma.
• Documented experience in leading workshops and gathering requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant post-secondary education in UX design, interaction design, or equivalent from a university, college, or university college.

Desirable Requirements:

• Work within the public sector.
• Experience in service design.
