You will step into an important initiative within Workforce Management where the goal is to create a new standardized Reporting & Analytics setup. Here, you will help build a reporting package in Power BI and Snowflake that serves as operational decision support for a large group of first-line managers.

The reports connect data and KPIs from Finance, HR, and WFM, making it easier to quickly detect deviations, understand causes, and act on the right things in daily operations. The environment is complex and characterized by several parallel initiatives, dependencies between business, IT, data platforms, and external parties.

You will work closely with project managers, business representatives, Business Analysts, as well as functions within architecture and operations. This role suits you who enjoy combining technical BI craftsmanship with business understanding and want to contribute in a context where your solutions have a clear impact on daily work.

• You develop and further develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI.
• You translate business requirements and KPI definitions into technical solutions, data logic, and clear visualizations.
• You contribute to establishing and further developing the information model and calculation logic.
• You work iteratively with MVP deliveries and successive releases in close collaboration with the business.
• You drive testing, validation, and adjustment together with users and business representatives.
• You ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and a good handover to operations.
• You participate in the migration of dashboards as well as the decommissioning of redundant reports and visualizations.
• You contribute to structuring gap analyses per KPI and supporting a common target image for data, logic, and visualization.

• At least 5 years of experience in BI development in Power BI, from requirements to delivery.
• Very strong competence in data modeling, DAX, visualization, and handling large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms.
• Documented ability to translate business requirements and KPI structures into technical solutions.
• Experience with iterative development in close collaboration with the business, such as sprints and user stories.

• Understanding of Finance, HR, Workforce Management, and operational control.
• Experience with decision support for first-line managers or other operational target groups.
• Experience working in environments with many dependencies between business, IT, and external suppliers.
