Vårdcentralen Tåbelund is a very pleasant workplace with stable staffing, located in a quiet and beautiful villa area.

The clinic offers a wide range of services and tasks at the primary care level, including elderly care and SÄBO (specialized housing for the elderly). Additionally, we operate "Familjens Hus" (The Family House) for children and families in Eslöv in collaboration with Eslöv Municipality and the Maternal Health Services in Region Skåne. Our clinic is an AVC (Academic Primary Care Clinic). Furthermore, we have a well-structured internal collaboration for case discussions through daily team rounds.

We ensure that patients meet the right competence at the right time to receive the appropriate support and help. For patients with mental health issues, this often means that the right treatment can be offered and medicalization avoided, if that competence is a psychologist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of psychologist with us, you work with assessments and treatments at the primary care level, alongside an experienced and competent colleague. The treatment offerings include ACT, FACT, and CBT. Treatments are needs-based following individual assessment, with a focus on shorter treatments to ensure high accessibility.

As a therapist, you are independently responsible for assessments and prioritizations, based on the primary care mandate. You also conduct iCBT (internet-based CBT) and communicate with patients via 1177. The primary care mandate covers mild to moderate mental health issues, and at our clinic, you will meet patients of all ages from late adolescence and upwards. The clinic also offers high-quality regular supervision for you as a psychologist.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at a minimum level of C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Basic psychotherapy training in Step-1 CBT and previous work experience from primary care are considered meritorious.

We have a strong salutogenic approach at the clinic. We work proactively to help patients maintain function and abilities. It is a requirement that you feel comfortable with this approach, as the psychologist plays a vital role in the team treating the patient.

Furthermore, we want you as a person to be good at collaborating, positive, and free of hierarchy. The ability to look beyond your immediate tasks and see the needs of the operation is desirable.
