The team consists of approximately 25 dedicated employees with broad competence, including specialists in general medicine, specialty trainee doctors (ST-läkare), newly graduated doctors (AT-läkare), nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, social workers, and physiotherapists. The center also houses a child health center and specialized teams for diabetes, asthma-COPD, CBT, and dementia. An occupational therapist is present once a week, and we collaborate closely with a dietitian linked to the practice.

We work in newly renovated and well-equipped premises, just southeast of Helsingborg, with a short walking distance to the train station and easy access to both the E6 and E4 highways, making it convenient to commute here.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an engaged nurse who wants to become a key person at our health center.

Here, you will have a varied workday. One part involves acute and advisory consultations where you assess, advise, and direct patients to the appropriate level of care via phone or our digital channels.

The other part focuses on long-term health promotion. Together with an experienced colleague, you will have the exciting task of establishing, developing, and running our new hypertension clinic. You will have your own clinic where you perform blood pressure checks and work with lifestyle counseling and follow-ups. In the long term, there are also great opportunities to start various health-promoting groups, for example, in lifestyle or stress management.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. If you have a few years of experience working at a health center or in emergency care, we consider it an asset, and knowledge of the medical record system PMO is a plus.

Since the role involves building a new structure, we see that you are confident in your profession, proactive, and enjoy close collaboration with colleagues. Further education as a district nurse or training in cardiology or hypertension is an asset, but your engagement and personal suitability weigh the heaviest.
