Job Description

As an assistant nurse with us, you will have a meaningful role where you, with care, attentiveness, and professional commitment, support people in their daily lives and contribute to creating safety, participation, and quality of life. The duties include, among other things:

• Provide individually adapted support and care based on the individual's needs and disabilities.
• Support the person's independence, self-determination, and personal integrity in daily activities.
• Use adapted communication methods to facilitate understanding and participation.
• Support the individual's participation in leisure, cultural, and community activities.
• Document according to current guidelines and follow and contribute to the updating of implementation plans.
• In relevant cases, perform delegated medical tasks according to instructions from the nurse and report changes in condition.
• Work day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

• Completed nursing and care program with passing grades.
• Experience in professional practice within the healthcare sector, e.g., personal care or delegation.
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Completed specialist training as an assistant nurse.
